What this website collects

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone, email, the property address, the job type, rooms or size, timeline and your message. Form details are submitted when you send the request. Hosting providers also process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect these pages.

Your IP address is kept with the enquiry to limit abuse of the form. Your browser type is not recorded with an enquiry.

Where it goes

The form sends your request to Boss Lady Painting's estimating studio, where AJ reads it and prepares your visit and proposal. The studio is hosted by Vercel and keeps its records in a Neon database; your request is used to reply to you and to prepare your visit and proposal. This website builds no advertising lists.

Proposal links

If AJ sends you a private proposal link, the key in that link is stored by the studio only in a form that cannot be read back, and it opens only your own proposal. The "Open your proposal" page on this site passes your pasted link straight to the proposal and keeps nothing. If you accept, decline or ask for changes through that link, the studio records your typed name, your message, the time, your IP address and your browser type with that response.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your proposal, once opened, sets one cookie so you can return to it without pasting the link again.
